Kinja'd!!!

So here is a TA Fox Body.

I feel like I am rapid firing information at this kid and he is like this is all so much. I am trying to go slow. I am like kid you are barely scratching the surface. I am so far down this hole you have no idea. Him learning our CRM will make or break him here. And if he doesn't learn that he wont last long.

Ready to go out and get some bbq for lunch and enjoy some silence.

On water boarding New Employees is Exhausting

They gotta learn stuff - might as well give them incentive.

Tell me about it. I have to do most of the kitten-wrangling once new employees start work. It's a little like teaching kindergarten. "Put that down!" "Come back here!" "Don't put that in your mouth, you don't know where it's been!" "For God's sake, put your shoes back on!"

If I could automate this process so I could do other stuff I would. They have training to run thru that will answer all their questions in due time. However they love to ask questions before completing the training. And other people have them doing all kinds of stuff in the office IE my president. So I stress to them whenever they have down time to do training because it matters most right now and they will never have time to do it again. Some listen. Those that do succeed.

I just want some BBQ lol. So these constant questions are tiring. Plus there are all the little things to set up for each user. Notifications and all kinds of BS. Times like these I'd much rather work in a warehouse again like when I was younger. Grass is greener kinda thing.

Every time you click the wrong icon you get shocked. Do the training and you wont get hurt.

I am the center of the wheel so questions always find their way to me. It is exactly what you describe.

Alternately, the Milgram training method. Have prospective management administer shocks.
