When you said "there I lurk" do you mean that hardtop N/A is yours? Because that's fucking sweet. I hate convertibles, but I would have a S2000 or Miata with a hardtop I'd just leave on all the time.

It is mine, thanks. I'm basically in the same boat as you; I leave the roof on almost always, just take it off for the day a few times a year. Rooflessness looses its charm fast.
A nice mod is to remove the soft top (deadweight) and replace the roof latches with bolt-on brackets. Instant fixed hardtop.
