That's actually really low mileage for a truck like that... most have over 300,000 in my area

Plowing is hard of truck frames, so it is potentially pretty hard mileage, given the state of that plow.

I guarantee that the frame is rotted out, broken, or both. I looked at a very similar vintage Ford plow truck last year in Wilton at about this time. One look under the front end was all I took. The body mounts holding the nose on were rotted away and the frame itself had several cracks. At that price, I'd imaging the plow bits are probably done themselves.
