Nope it's a new one to me, though it looks vaguely gran turismo 2 familiar now that you mention the name. I'm visiting folks in Canada right now, I bet you can't get one in the states.

As others have said, it's a Nissan Figaro. I've actually test driven one of these for my aunt. They've actually got a fantastic interior. Retro and stylish without being cloying. Drives like a little hatchback from the 90s, but pretty decent steering feel.
