Apparently Tesla owners don't save money on not buying gas, but by mooching charge off local businesses. Found this example in the parking lot while leaving work. My first such spotting in person, and I must say that its a stunning looking car that commands a presence and the interior and dash are quite amazing.

Well, I hope the mooching doesn't become a thing, but I've said before that almost every business is wired for 220 already, making almost any business into a potential charging station. I would be surprised if some of them offered a couple of parking spaces that were pay electric charging stations.

Many hotels are already providing pay-per-charge services in spots close to the building. Yet another revenue stream.
