Also, extremely heavy and very very hot.
I could see them putting a naturally aspirated 650+HP one, but not the full 1200HP quad-turbo model.

It's a Bentley, so it's already nearing 5000 lbs. It wouldn't be fast in anything but a straight line. But yeah, the cooling will be an issue.

The W12 weighs about 550lbs, but the W12 weighs almost 900 in just engine weight alone! That's not counting all of the radiators.
I know it's a Bentley, but after drivetrain, radiator, and chassis reinforcement, it could easily add another 600-700 lbs to the car, which would put it in "heaviest current production car" territory, only a few hundred lbs shy of the much larger Maybach 62.
