Slowest vehicle I've owned: 85hp 1994 Honda CX hatchback without power doors, steering, windows, ABS, or anything really. Well it had AC that worked for over a decade, that was welcome.

1) It would have to be our Torro lawn mower with the transmission slipping. If you don't reverse before going forward you will be going slower than half a mile an hour.

2) 1998 Geo Metro - It was missing on one of three cylinders and the clutch slipped even on speed bumps.

3) The same metro. I drove it once so it became mine because my brother didn't want to deal with scrapping it. It eventually was left to die in a field at my parents place and vanished one day.
