The one on the right looks like it has a more pleasant feel and comfortable ride, meant for long distance with out fatigue. While the one on the left looks more athletic, giving a rougher ride, but could be pushed further to the limit.

Also possible that they could be bi, so it's like sport mode and comfort mode all at one time. Magnetic ride control.
