I thought they had given up and decided to go bankrupt. Did not expect them to have this much fight left. That is a properly bold look.

Not impressed, that's not a mid engine supercar.

Wait... what? Have you been paying attention for the past like, 10 years? Cadillac was one of the only brands few people have worried about through the past decade.

Meh, they hadn't been pushing the envelope for a long time. The sales figures were good, but they looked like they were getting lazy and just riding the brand revival from the CTS.

It's good to see something good looking out of them. I know the designs had brought back the retirees, but cars like this could bring in more of the BMW/Mercedes crowed.

Yeah, figures look good, but so did Chevy for a while. It just seemed like they were getting lazy and complacent after the CTS remake... which was only ho-hum in my book since it's looks still appealed more to retirees. A car that looks like this, made well, gives them a chance to break down the gains BMW and Mercedes have made. It looks classy and bold, but has a unique "caddy" look.

A Caddy 6 series competitor, ehh? I'm putting my desire circuits on pause for this until I see it in dealerships. First the sixteen, then the Cein, then the Ciel, now this. You're not gonna get to toy with my emotions like that all the time, Caddy!

Casper, how many times do I have to tell you?

Rule #1 On time travel; don't just pop out of your time portal and start posting stuff to the internet. Catch up on current events a bit before you dive in. Gm already went through the bankruptcy, and Caddy is now seen as a credible luxury brand thanks to excellent products like the CTS-V and the ATS.

Jesus, the last time you let slip some anachronistic information, the moon landing was delayed by 200 years and the Nazis won WWII! You don't wanna have to clean up another temporal incursion like that, do you? Do you???

True. Still... Wow! I wouldn't mind pretending that Cadillac is on the verge of bankruptcy just to add to the drama of this car. It's fucking stunning.

No more excuses for building ugly cars.

This is gorgeous as a GT coupe.

Maybe the sides of the grille a bit less smiley, and a bit more serious, and more vertical like the headlights, but otherwise the proper proportions are fantastic.

The return of the long hood, and the engine behind the front axle line. Thankfully.

Looks like it, they said the wreath was going away. I'm not sure i love it or not, I really like the current one, but I can't blame them for modernizing the look.
