Last night was a lot of fun. There were some cool cars brought by both Jalopnik and Jalops, good conversation, and, of course, lots of explosions, shifting, and shots of NAWWWWS on the screen. I met some nice people, but didn't get a chance to talk to more than half of the folks there.
One thing I noticed was people introduced themselves by their actual names. Nobody I talked to mentioned a screenname, which I thought was pretty cool. But now that we're all back in the online world, I thought it would be interesting to see who was there and what you thought of the event.
Me? I thought it was super-cool that the SEMA Miata made it out there. Thanks, Travis!

Sounds like a good time. We have our DC meet coming up on the 24th, I actually think everyone should wear a sticker like that with their screenname on it.

That's not a bad idea, although I did think the lack of screennames lent the event more of a community feel.
Hope y'all have a great time at the DC meet.

I'd love to see a NorCal meet one of these days...

That would be cool. Those coming up from SoCal might just get the best end of that deal, thanks to a long drive up the 1.
