It was the coolest place. It's called Potresse. It's a local exotic/tuner shop that has ferraris and Porsches and a Bentley flying spur was on the lift. Lamborgini diablo, Porsche Carrera GT, Ferrari California that was picked up by a soccer mom, Mercedes V12 SL65, Ferrari Dino, Austin Healey and of course the lotus I sat in. And they agreed to work on my car because I'm a young car enthusiast!

What car do you own at your age that they're working on? That's one hell of a lineup! EDIT: Nvm, I see it's an '01 A4! You're damn lucky not to be stuck in a $200 20-year-old FWD econobox (like all I could afford until I bought my second car), much less a 4WD luxury car.

sr20 must be fulfilled. Frankly I just want to see that Carrera GT. Was it as glorious as I assume? Also, Exige?

Yeah exige. It was a challenge getting in. And no Carrera picture today

FWD unfortunately. And I got it for 3 grand. It's a great car, and it's actually my second car. First one was a hand me down that got totaled.

So that puts you in my boat. I had a 1998 V6 mustang as my second car, that I bought for 3 grand. I was lucky, the dealership hadn't even washed or waxed it by the time I found it. It was only a few hours old. They had bought it cheap, and were willing to save the lot space by just turning it over right then and there.
V6 as it was, that's the car I learned to race in. I had a friend who, on saturday nights, would drive a turbo A4 (1.8 20v) that was probably sitting at around 220-240HP, guessing on performance. It was 4WD, and a surprisingly fast car.
My first car was a Nissan Maxima (surprisingly, had a better P/W ratio, but due to all of the electrical and fuel problems, I wouldn't dare ever floor it) that had been sitting for a year with the sunroof open, exposed to the elements, and underneath a tree. It was horrible, but it was only 200$ for a years worth of freedom and transportation.

It's cool dude! I should definitely go and visit that shop one day. Isn't it in the woodlands? They have some amazing cars.

Also, did you happen to see which model number the Carrera GT was? If it's different than the one I saw at for the Lambo Festival Weekend at MSRs track day, that would mean there's 2 CGTs in Houston

There are two! This grey/silver one and the yellow one!

I have that same audi engine. Gonna have them ECU flash it. And do suspension work. And my first car was an 03 Hyundai elantra that almost killed me when I got rear ended

That's it!

Huh. What a concordance.

A yellow one? I've yet to see that one!
I bet there are more CGTs, we regular people just don't get to see them.

The yellow one seems to have just moved to the woodlands, where I live.

This is unfair. I live in Houston and haven't seen any of these GTs. Clearly I frequent the wrong places
