So I talked to one of our mechanics and while asking about a shop press (which we don't have), we started brain storming, and he said I might have bad u-joints or a bad carrier bearing.
Going to go out in a little while and wiggle the driveshaft to check the bearing play. I'm really kicking myself for not replacing that when I did the motor swap.

No, I'm an idiot and thought, "Oh, they've only gone 23,xxx miles. They should still be good." As I was pulling off factory parts from it's 32 year old body.
