First, what does Cras means? I know it's crazy 'shopped cars but why is it called Cras?
And what is Ghostride the Blip? And why I never see the poster's name, views, likes and such?

Cras comes from the word "cars" with the 'a' and 'r' switched.
Ghost Ride the Blip is somewhat like a tweet where the message is short and straight to the point.

Just wanted to add a bit about ghostriding the blip. We call it that because the identity of the poster doesn't show up on the oppo stream, you have to enter the thread to see who posted it.
To make one of these ghost posts you need to do a new post with no title, no images, and no jump (keep it to a single paragraph). Adding the "ghostride the blip" tag is optional but more fun.

Cras is because it's Cars but fucked up.
The latter phrase is based on "Ghostride the Whip," which I believe is a phrase from rap or popular culture. Previously, on the Front Page when they do a "Oh by the way, this happened" post in very few words, it's tagged "Blip", so it comes from that too.
