Yeah I thought of that, too.
Plus, people shouldn't be following cars they think might belong to a kidnapper. What if the kid's in that car and the guy panics because somebody has to play out TJ Hooker fantasies? Who knows what else he might do if he thinks someone's following him. Leave it to the professionals.

We've been getting that amber alert in WA State for 3 days now because they think the car might be headed to Canada.
I'd say just compare the plates, but if my car were under amber alert I would steal someone else's plates to make sure I no longer matched the amber alert. I would definitely do my best to check the inside of the car for the 2 kids described in the amber alert.

FOR THE HORDE!
3 years and counting of MMORPG freedom, not missing it one bit. Molten Core 40 man runs/wipes early on was basically the best time I've ever had in WoW. Karazhan comes in at a close second.
