Sick of the same, old shit again and again ?
Sick of having endless argues with your neighbors who have opposing political views to your own, instead of having some grapefruit/lime beers and tacos together ?
Sick of blindfolded politicians telling you what's better...for you?
Don't choose between a giant douche and a turd sandwich, choose a giant sandwich...
...choose Libertarian.
People like you are putting the demos back into democracy everyday, by supporting the Libertarian movement.

I tell people all the time that there are more than two parties and to please please vote for the issues you really believe in rather than what the party tells you. Nobody listens. It's hard to be in the middle!

lol this reminds me of when people ask what "side I am on," my response... Conservative Liberal. I always get a "you can't do that" type statement in return... because you know... we have to be one or the other with 0 compromise.

Just tell them you're purple, if they won't get it, change the topic to football or chicks.

Well, it's a lot easier for many people to just put a label, they are already familiar with, on stuff, rather than trying to understand the reality.

It works, only in part, the problem won't go away just because you ignore it, it's nice to know that you're an itchy feeling, behind the neck of the politicians of the classic parties.

I find it's much easier to pick a position when I don't have to check it against a political party's position. It also becomes much easier to see the hypocrisy from either side, especially the side you were on. Additionally, everything comes down to "does this infringe on my freedoms, or those of other Americans?" That makes everything even more easy.

Looking at the graphic, it seems I am a libertarian after all. It started with me realizing that I don't mind who people marry (gay marriage), and that I care to preserve my right to arm myself (right to bear arms). I wasn't quite sure what that makes me, so thanks for this.

Feels good not to follow the bipolar line of politics.

You're welcome, it is funny to see people's faces when I tell them I'm a pro guns atheist, and funnier how conservatives seem to think that the sky opened, and God started to give people guns, not realizing that modern guns and rifles are the result of almost 600 years of human developments and achievements.
