So RafelX was nice enough to make the cool gif I wanted from the RS6 v. CLS video but now for some reason I can't get it to load as my Avatar. I downloaded it as both a GIF file and a JPEG then tried to upload each, no luck. Any suggestions?

I had a similar problem with my avatar. Eventually, I just loaded it from an iPad since it wouldn't work on my computer. So, try uploading it from a mobile device. If that doesn't work, I don't know what to tell you.

Maybe try a smaller file size? Like, /ku-medium.gif instead of /original.gif
