Just saw an i8 in full flowery camo in real life. They really exist. And they make real petrol engine noises. Well, to be fair, it sounded like crap. The little 1.5 liter three-pot doesn't exactly make a sound to lust after.
It was in traffic, and I was going the other way, so I couldn't get the potatoe out of my pocket in time to get a pic, but luckily the web is full spy-shots of these, so here is what it looked like.

I imagine they'll work on exhaust tune. too bad you didn't get a snapshot of it.

They'll definitely have to work on that. A € 125K sportscar that sounds like a cheap Korean hatchback would be a hard sell.

I like 3-cylinder engines with their harmonic offbeat thrum. Beats a monotonous inline-4.
