De Tomaso Guarà. Rare as hell. You'll be wanting a 1994-1998 version though, as the later ones used Ford parts :|

Yep, one of my all time favorite unloved cars. A calendar I had growing up had one in it. They only made 40 coupes, 10 Barchettas (the no windshield one) and 5 Spiders.
