(when you watch, click the captioning ON for the subtitles) "The Running Man" was a 15 minute film about Arena Racing in the 1989 future! MTV picked it up for their Liquid Television animation show in 1991 and english dubbed it. I saw it and couldn't believe it! This and the 1990 release of Nintendo's F-zero drove my mind nuts into sci-fi racing! the mtv dubbed cut is here:
The people racing in "the circus" last a year or two tops....the protagonist in this movie has lasted 10....you will find out how. For 1989 Anime...wonderful...

Oh yeah ill watch that I've been waiting for a lull in family events for me time. Redline is just insane storytime...the best kind.
