So I took the most spacious car we have, a 2011 Forester. I had the wood trimmed down to 6' instead of the usual 8'x4'

Folded the seats down, put passenger seat up all the way... still had a few inches sticking out. :(

Ended up strapping it to the roof of the car but I am disappointed that I can't even fit a 6' sheet of wood in my car. :(

My brother was in the same situation. Unfortunately he didn't secure it properly...

No idea where it ended up

I had a few 8' sheets of drywall in the wife's old Mazda5 once. That was a fun ride home with the tailgate open. Good thing home was only 8 blocks from Home Depot back then.

But the Euros tell us that there's no reason for Americans to own trucks! You could have just spent $50 to rent a truck to transport a $10 piece of plywood 5 miles!

Why would I care about the size of someone's penis?

whoa whoa whoa whoa. We're talking about wood here. My car isn't very big, 6" is a decent size of wood considering what I'm working with.

Nice try. 6" is six inches. 6' is six feet.

Hmmm... I can fit a 4x8 sheet of ? in my truck times about 10 or 12.

Any of you Euros do that?
