When you close a deal, you ring this big bell we have mounted to the wall. The context is that I closed a deal today, and was the first to do so from my training class. We're only three weeks in btw :)

Oh! Sorry about te confusion lol. Yeah. Even after we were bought out we kept the same environment, so we kept the bell to ring when someone closes a deal. When someone rings it we all clap too.
