lol, I hate "them".
At a certain point I start to come up with what I feel my time is worth. So whether it be yard work, maintenance, etc. there is sort of a point where I usually wish I had paid someone else to do it.

I imagine it has something to do with the shape of the skirting. He probably didn't hear (or ignored) the scraping sound on the way up, and didn't foresee what would happen on the way down.
Or, judging by the gap that already exits before he backs down, perhaps he installed it on the ramp.

It will save you money, IF you buy the right tools. Get a proper floor jack and jack stands...

I always use a couple pices of plywood when putting my car on ramps. Keeps the bumper from rubbing. Lower car bro, you should have known better.
