Shelled pistachios? Having 2 freakin pounds of pre shelled pistachios! Duh! Obvious answer is obvious. Also, Bacon would have been an acceptable substitute, seeing as how I am now eyeing some. Next question, which would be the ideal beer choice? We have Big Eddy or 4 Elf. Ritz crackers may or may not be involved.
