What was the longest delivery time you've ever had, when buying online, or from a catalog, or something like that? I ask out of curiosity really, and because I've had some pretty long deliveries in the recent past:

I once ordered a GMP 1/43 scale Yenko Deuce Nova, just like the one pictured, about two months before my Birthday and was surprised when it actually arrived, right in time... For next year's Birthday. That's right, delivery took a little over 13 months in all, and none of it was the seller's fault, as he had shipped the day after I sent him the money.

Damn. That is crazy. Longest for me? Maybe 2 weeks? I recently bought a snowboard but accidentally shipped it to my parents house so that took a bit to get… 13 fucking months, I would lose my shit.

Damn, dude. The longest I've waited was when I returned a text book with USPS. It took them 2 months to ship the book back to the seller, and when they got the package, it had been opened and the book was gone.

I'd given up on it already, was pretty sure someone at the customs office took a fancy to my Nova and decided to keep it for themselves, but at least it arrived.

What really annoys me in these cases is not being able to give proper feedback to what was a very competent seller because the damn postal service screwed up.

Anyways, I have yet to pick up a few packages posted in October, that's how bad our postal service is...

33 days. Item from China. Mount collar for a Canon L lens. I'm sorry, but a piece of metal with a double hinge, a lock screw, and a mount pad should not cost $140 USD.
