Someone should really make an altered wheelbase version of one. That would be so insane looking.

WOW! great finds! here's mine on the dyno....haven't had it to the track yet, but I certainly will soon. It hasn't given me a reason to build an engine yet, but my trigger finger is itchy.

360 2bbl when I picked it up this summer. Picked up 45whp with a Edelbrock rpm Airgap, Street Demon 625, and Summit HEI. I did pick up a AX15 5 speed for it, but body work is next on the list.

Nice! did you see the post I had a few weeks about my R-code (4 barrel) in Trans-am Red 73 Waggy I posted a few weeks back? Always wanted to do a 5 speed swap on her, but she was sold a few years back. Had an offer I couldnt refuse

Yep, saw the post! Very nice truck. One of my buddies locally just picked one up and we're going through it now. FSJ's make great hot rods. Tons of character, easy to build, and you can pick them up for cheap!

they are either cheap or crazy expensive...great trucks, though I wouldnt get another QT again unless it had the conversion to selectable 2/4wd

yeah I didn't say inexpensive because I dropped too much money into mine already...but easy because it seems everything can be done with a crescent wrench.

the stability on mine makes me nervous just going 55 mph down the highway, I can't imagine what they did to the suspension to make it drag ready
