My Talladega 500 miles race didn't go so well last night.

Two laps to go, I was low on fuel, low on tires, low on everything but water and oil temperatures, at second place, and the leader probably wasn't doing much better as he was holding his pace as much as I was. I went for a pass on the last corner and the engine gave up. I managed to coast for quite a while though.

rFactor, with some mods. I mean, the whole game is actually a platform for mods, and the engine is quite good. It's not as refined as Race 07, which runs on the same engine and is a more developed simulator, but it's fun to mix and match cars and tracks from various eras and styles. Races usually end in hilarious crash and burn style wrecks though, I guess the AI needs some work.
