Please tell me it has a Harvest Gold interior.
That would be perfect.

You see that color on old 914s. Am I the only one that thinks those were the real air cooled porsche hotness? Anyhow, aren't these things thousand dollar cars when they run? Isn't there a senior jalop in texas that wrecks a dozen a year on the racetrack? Don't tell me this guy in wyoming is innumerate as well as illiterate. How's he get 2500 for a 924 with rust and a seized engine?

oh, didn't see you there. what do you pay for these things when you buy them to race? I bet you don't have to put up with rust where you are, but seized engines know no region.

Well, look for a running car or one that just needs a simple fix. $800-$1000 would be a decent amount for a non-turbo 944 racecar. 924s seem rarer, but you can pick 'em up for less. If you're going for a NA 924/944, though, I kind of wish I'd gotten the 924S—it's the naturally aspirated 944 bits stuffed in the lighter 924 body. Mmm.
