Does anyone know of a good app for Android for autocrossing? I used to have one for Iphone that hooked up to my GoPro and overlaid the track and time on the video. If anyone knows of any other car related apps, post them too, I could always use something awesome in my phone.

This isn't Autocorss related, but I would suggest the app Torque to pair with and OBD II adapter

I'd say your best way to gain some knowledge at autocrossing is to go to an autocross and ride along with somebody. Most drivers are more than happy to have a passenger who is willing to learn ride along with them.
I haven't really thought of using a phone app for something like this. Let me know if you find something.

Torque is what I use. I don't know if it can work with your GoPro, but you can use the phone camera can be used. It also has tons of other plugins.

My local autocross club never has the same track layout twice. It would be interesting to see if you could make one in real time, but still, it's hitting your braking and acceleration points perfectly that matter most on an autocross course. Just takes a lot of practice! Good luck.

It seems to be, I just like those stats. 0-60 in 7.4 and the 1/4 mile in 9.

I know lol. I tried to find another weird one. 115mph in 3rd? I wonder what car that is.

We sold a GT500 a month or so ago and that was hitting 100+ in 3rd. I'm topping out at 80 in 3rd.

Trackmaster is what I use for such things.

One of the guys I race with in the St Louis Region has a great Android app called Solo Storm. Its crazy good! Before walking the course, he sets his phone to start recording at the start line and it outlines the course on the phone while he walks (it even allows setting turn numbers as you go). Then when he runs it syncs with his OBD and camera. He can them playback any three together on the phone or save it to a youtube video. Here's one of their promo videos (keep watching to the end to see it in action)
The analysis mode allows you to compare two runs synced to start together and see which lines were faster at any particular element. I could see where this could help me immensely. Not saying it will get me to the PAX championship, but it'll help me keep my class championship.
The only drawback is it's expensive and has a steep learning curve to get everything all working together.
