I had sworn off of ebay hunting, but you got me on the French thing. I almost need to move to Canada to buy this thing...97 Renault Sport Spider. Oh Canada!

There was even better. Not from Renault themselves though.

Or, you know, move to any European country and don't suffer any sort of significant import restriction.

that is the 10 year plan. My girlfriend is a dual resident of the US/EU. It will happen once my kids get older and she finishes med school!

The background of the photos looks suspiciously like Florida. Which honestly doesn't surprise me. I know a few people driving around in JDM and Euro spec cars.

though from what I can tell you are correct. There are a ton down there. Easy to register a car sans clear US title maybe?

I will be over in June next year to visit my parents, I am going to ask a few people in the know. Would be nice to ship over something diesel and wagon-ish. I know that my parents were considering shipping over their cars from Ireland ( You are able to ship over foreign vehicles for a short period of time as long as they are registered temporarily ..or something like that ). They decided not to after they found out how confusing the process was.
