Does anyone else ever get the impression that Nick Denton is Dr. Forrester from mystery science theater...and that he's only changing the comments as a mind experiment? Maybe each time he changes the posts go through the roof (from people complaining) and that increases his uniques? Maybe he is just found a formula that makes him money and now he's moved on to social experimentation to satisfy a curiosity? Maybe he's just an accidental genius and doesn't know what to do with his time and money (I know! I'll send a man into space on my private space station with a couple of robots and make him watch movies!). We always have a good time regardless of these little experiments and we always will. Dr. Denton, we get it...you're a mad social scientist...can we just get back to normal?

seems like you could do the same by having them fix the problems. There seems to be plenty of work to do in that regard.

I think he is just trying to make it as bad as possible just to see how bad before people leave.
