When it comes to fast food, I just want to get In-N-Out as fast as possible

Never thought I'd say that, but BK is actually pretty damn good, at least here in Brazil. Their "gimmick" is that they sell actual food that's actually cooked, as opposed to McD's which... does something else entirely, and I think they're actually being honest there. You get to see their entire kitchen from the front and how they actually chop veggies and flip burgers and melt cheese, and food from different places will taste differently in terms of seasoning and stuff.
Huh... I had to get that out of my chest, haha... :p

Exactly, it feels so wrong saying that, and yet, I can't deny it. Does it help if I say that BK burgers are actually sold as premium burgers down here? Because they totally are, there's even a picanha burger available for a whooping 40 bucks.

A $40 burger. At Burger King. In Brazil.
WOW.
![]() 12/13/2013 at 21:19 |

Not really 40, I was being hyperbolic, it's more like 25 bucks, if I remember correctly. It's still pretty expensive though, specially when a well sized plate of quality restaurant food goes for about 23 bucks. 23 bucks for a fillet steak, rice, feijoada and salad, or 25 for a burger and fries.

Laguna Burger. Laguna Pueblo, NM, not very fast, but as good as they get. Cooked to your specs with all the trimmings you desire including Hatch green chile. Oh, and they also serve an unbelievably good Indian Fry bread stuffed with the best lamb you have tasted and seasoned as only the Indians can. Had one last week. $3.99 and no tax cause Reservation.

I haven't tried it. But I'm game to. The Big Mac is one of my guilty pleasures, and I'm intrigued to try BK's take on it. It's such a blatant rip off, I wonder why they've waited this long to roll it out.

I'll have to check it out.
I have a local McDonald's which has 24 hour drive thru service and I'm tempted to see if they have breakfast yet.
