This is not a complaint
Yesterday a bunch of people were complaining about the snow storm that was sweeping dumping through pretty much everywhere. Complaining? What Oppo!?
We got ours, about 6" overnight, and since getting to work at 7:00 this morning another 3-4". It has let up some, but will continue until later this afternoon.
No matter what you drive, isn't this an Oppo playground? Sure there are dumb fucks out there. That's what sucks about this driving weather. But when else are you going to go so slowly and yet (re)learn so much about vehicle control and driving dynamics. Whether it's slip angles and slide recovery, threshold braking, or just the best way for your all-seasons to ascend a slush mountain.
What are your winter driving tips, pleasures, stories and experiences?

Getting a little Oppo in a parking lot has helped my driving a great deal. You learn how to not over correct, limits on your traction, ABS limits and have a time doing it. Getting a little Oppo in snow can help all your driving skills.

Cold weather sucks butt.
We're seeing low 60s here in LA and I'm already deeply displeased.

Currently residing in the Pac NW and we have yet to get any precip. Sure it's unseasonably cold out but I am getting increasingly jealous that I haven't had the chance to get my quattro a little sideways.

I enjoy a nice wide open playground, ripping the e-brake and just trying to regain control. Really helps you learn about how to not crash in bad situations
