I feel like this is the ONLY car worth more than $2k that should ever get the Bosozoku treatment. It would be epic.

That's not even bozoku....that's the way it came from factory

I know, but imagine it bosozoku... boxy fender flares, extended exhaust, it would be glorious.

Can't scroll past a Pantera. It should be a rule.

NEVER! I love the Pantera too much to let something like that happen to one.

I love the pantera too, but they're cheap/abundant enough that I think they're a great platform for interesting projects. Kinda like the Mustang/Miata/FC of the exotic world. I've seen some really cool projects bring them up to date as far as drivetrain and tech goes.

What kinda crack you smoking!? Panteras are rare itilian ford powered cars. Have you checked eBay and DuPont Registry? They are like 75k-80k!? You call that cheap!?

You can get your hands on one for less than 60k, which compared to other italian exotics isn't too bad. Most of the engine/suspension/drivetrain components can be had locally or at least cheap-ish online since it's all borrowed from more common cars. It's the only italian sports car I could drive to autozone for parts for. Perfect platform for whatever someone feels like doing.

There's a project Pantera on eBay for $32k currently...

Those are all way too much money like I could get a ford GT replica complete for some of those prices
