Why does it say "date", where the it's supposed to be hours?
Why does it say 12:34 and does not match the numbers on the analog?
And why does it say the same hour "12:34" on all the pictures in google?

It looks like an LED watch. You don't read it with the needles but by what is lit up. I assume it's like most other LED watches where one dial is hours, one is blocks of 5 minutes, and one (the odometer) is single minutes. It will always say 1234 because the face is static with LEDs underneath.

Chinese product importers over here sell it in the market for around 500 rupees MAX. Which is 2-3 $ max. In the US, it'll be roughly the same price.

To answer part of your question, watches in ads are always fixed at the most 'aesthetic' time. For analog watches this is traditionally 10:10 plus or minus a few minutes. Take a look at any watch ad, for any watch, the pictures are all of the same time. You'll also see a lot of digital watch ads showing 10:10, out of habit I guess?
