All I need is a cherry picker and a soon-to-be decommissioned light.
And maybe some bolt cutters.
And Insurance.
And next of kin should I be electrocuted.
And bail money.
And knowledge on how to get the signal to work again.

Getting the light to work is easy. There's a power distribution block inside, basically power connects to terminals on one side, and each light connects to terminals on the other side. I've worked on slightly older models to run off of a light switch at work, hardest part is keeping the wiring straight.
