Hoon hotline? So this kind soul is offering to help us figure out where to hoon. He gets my vote.

Totally understand. There's no snow here right now, and I doubt there will be enough at all this year. It did rain like crazy today though and I spun my tires for fun a few times. When I go up to Ohio to visit family later this month I'm totally hooning our minivan somewhere in the snow.

There should be snow there. . . probably. We are supposed to get a few inches today, but I am in Indiana and now Ohio.

My little Focus was a blast to hoon in the snow, plus I have a lot of friends that partake. My first stick shift should be interesting during our yearly Kohls parking lot hoonfest.

I got sideways (on purpose) on public roads (with no other traffic in a desolate office park) a few times and in a few curves and in a few parking lots on the way home form grocery shopping. Only scared myself once. My car (355HP and AWD) is not very driftable despite the power (too many nannies that can't be turned off) but it was a blast nonetheless.

It's a Ford Flex with EcoBoost. I can turn the traction control off with a button press, but it has stability control that kicks in at exactly the wrong moments. In fact, it's so counter-intuitive (I know how to drive in the snow) that it actually makes the car less controllable for me.
I think there's a way to defeat with with a judicious fuse removal, so I might explore that further.
