Beef Jerky and Sprite. The meal of Champions.

I think I just figured out my second course.

Some sort of home made thai chicken in a red curry thing.. it's hot and.. uhh HOT. Just the thing one needs at halv past two in the night.

Cliff bars, sushi, and glass bottle Coke. What else would you even need from a grocery store run? Oh yeah, beef jerky.

You could save a good deal of time if you could figure out how to make sushi filled with cliff bars and jerky. With some sort of wasabi/coke dipping sauce. Right.... Because that would be... Awesome... I'll see myself out.

A ridiculously massive steak, rib-eye.

No, no... I like the way you think. Let's discuss some sort of business partnership, shall we? haha

Well if you like that you'll really like part two of my plan. We sell them digestive aides and antacids on the way out.

9/10 would eat.

Perfect! We can even sell the food at a loss to generate larger volumes for the pills!

Did you wrap the wontons yourself? I loved doing that with my family over cold days.
I went out for some Korean food tonight. Pork bone soup is amazing.

I think if the food is sold at a loss but the pills at a profit then it qualifies as a medical facility and insurance would pick up the tab on lunch. #failedBusinessSchool

Astute observation, there. I would have passed you! Last parts to decide: name and location.

They were more "dumpling style" than won-ton style at least as far as restaurants around me seem to make but I wondered how it would effect the overall outcome with less of the extra-noodle/dough part.
Korean food is pretty good, but it's not always easy to find a Korean restaurant in many places. I only manage to convince most people to try it once though. I've actually had better luck convincing people (by getting them to try it) that Indian food is not as bad as they were led to believe, and is in fact pretty tasty.

Those dumpling wrappers are multipurpose for wontons and dumplings. We just do extra pinches in the ends for wontons.
I used to struggle finding a nice Korean place, but one had opened up nearby, and another one we decided to sample tonight. It's always nice to live in a predominately Asian area. Well, not nice for gyros or parking.

I'm going to say it should be called Dyspepsia. At first people will assume it's a cute ironic hipster name. Because who would really call themself out like that. They will soon discover that it's actually a name firmly grounded in post-ironic era and thus, even more clever. Gonna have to go with Portland OR, or Austin TX. Gotta play to the audience with a concept like that.

Take one large tortilla (as all great recipes start)...
Add slice of Munster cheese,
Add favorite nuked veggie burger, cut in half,
Add dollop of instant mash potatoes from last night,
Add dollop of instant stuffing from last night,
Add a bit of pre-packaged chicken,
Sprinkle with a few cashews, in pieces,
Stripe it with some Sriracha sauce,
Nuke for 40 seconds to soften the tort, wrap it, and nuke for another minute-point-five...
Presto: the Supersonic Stuffed Burrito. That's what I'm eating. :)

The wrappers seemed up to the task for dumplings but I do think, in retrospect, that the extra noodle part of the won-ton kind of makes the soup seem like what it is.
I'm in kind of a food wasteland. I need to drive 40 minutes in opposite directions to get passable Asian/Indian and Greek/Middle-eastern food.

Sound interesting at the very least. Would eat... but maybe with some crushed sesame seeds for nutty flavor in place of the cashews.

Hah! Very good choices, indeed. All we need are a couple of trust funds or to win the lottery so have enough when it flops or create the new trend. But hey, we can get some enough hipsters and Obese people in Austin to make this place as common as McDonald's!
![]() 12/08/2013 at 22:05 |

Actually we can charge the Obese customers' insurance twice. If the food is strange enough they won't be tempted to eat as much. It's kind of like a weight loss plan.

Ooh, good call. I'm totally doing that. Thanks!
Trust me, these burritos (and other unorthodox variations) are delish. :)
