At least this proves those three people the car was "chasing" after, were safe. Notice the time difference between the footage. 14:20 the people were entering the hallway/elevator, 14:36 the car comes flying through. Even the ending was edited to look like the car took out the officer.

Hahaha it wasn't that bad. Come to think about it, the food tasted great because I ate there after two baseball games or track and field events... I could eat everything in sight.

Probably not edited. Most DVRs recording security CCTV footage will not record periods of prolonged inactivity in order to save memory space. The DVR 'senses' motion just like traffic signal cameras sense vehicles, as a change in the video signal, and will start recording at that point until the video field is inactive again. This way security cameras aren't filling up hard drives with 1ohrs of dark, empty hallways and other dead spaces when buildings are closed overnight or on holidays.
