What's the best way to remove a Subaru bumper?

...cut all the zip ties.

I clipped a dumpster backing out this morning and tore off my bumper. AGAIN. I've previously torn it loose on a low parking barrier.

Yeah. The driving stuff. I'm good at that stuff. Time to dig out more zip-ties.
