They tried to lose the retro look while still keeping the retro look. The vents would have been awesome but it won't happen because of blind spots. Maybe an aftermarket one will be available.

Exactly! And that one is actually designed to reflect high-beams back into the driver's eyes if he gets too close. Which is a feature I just thought of right now.
