Edit: MtrRider got it: it's a Franklin. New pic! A whole decade earlier than he thought, though - 1910.
This one may be a good bit easier than the Soviet from last time. Or maybe not.

Nope. Only loosely similar to a Model T on a handful of points. In some respects this car's a good bit more advanced. A Model T has transverse (not longitudinal) springs, too, though it also has only rear axle brakes.
