http://www.wiziwig.tv/ - for all your streaming needs. May want to get on there ahead of time and download Sopcast and Acestream - the most common formats for HQ streams.

I stream it on the BBC , you'll probably need some sort of unblocker so they think you're British. Wiziwig works if you're Russian or Dutch, the other streams there don't really have the quality..

I usually head to http://atdhe.eu/ if nothing else is available. The quality might not be great, though.
