The place we are renting has a ridiculous garage. I have no idea what to do with myself. It can fit three cars and has that stage area. So much room for acctivities!

Achievement already unlocked at my house... (Plus the Yamaha Waverunner, but I plan to sell that and use the money to fix the bike, because I laid it down)

Parking. We don't have a ton of room in our driveway. Maybe a mini ramp on the stage? Who knows. It's enough room to work on shit if I need to which is nice. Project car is not a good idea for me right now, need a steady job for that

You could get a cheap semi-project car. Since you have roommates, you can get car rides off of them while you work on your car in your area.
