‘77 Town and Country does tick a number of boxes for me......
Big block woody wagon with brown leather seating for nine....
No other engine options on these. 440 with a thermoquad fuel toilet up top. 440 will go in a shed with the others, put together, he’s got at least a 1760.
several different ‘patinas’ all in one place.
This one will get its 440 extracted, then be 4500 pound of scrap. (several smallblock fords and transmissions in backseat, its a pretty big backseat.)
I cant get the whole thing in a picture, If I get too far away it’s gravity pulls me back.

At heart I’m a Mopar guy, but I haven’t owned one in more than 15 years.
My father had a 1971 like this:
A friends mom had a 1977 like this:

Any bigger, they would need more wheels to hold them up. I’d take that 71.

Photos like this are why I enjoy your posts.
I should ask for a raise of hands by anyone who identifies as a serious photographer. To eliminate them from judging and assembling of an Amazon self publish Oppositelock book. This photo would certainly make the cut.

Those pictures are quite beautiful.
Makes me wonder how people lived in the 70s. Cars were huge. Roads were shitty. Parking spots small. The on-ramps near me are short (most have stop signs) and are damn near terrifying in a modern car, I can’t imagine how something with a 20 second 0-60 time did that merge.

There’s beauty in the decaying mundane.

Slowly. Also, in most places there were literally fewer cars on the road..

Those badges... I wonder how my wife would feel if I stuck some of those on her Town & Country.

She’d probably react similarly to Mrs Doorhandle catching me filling up my radiator with our kitchen juice jug. With disapproval. Also I bet those badges weigh about 4 pounds each.

You must be in PA. I lived in NEPA for 7 or 8 years and it’s the only state I recall having stop signs on the on ramps. Many of those years I drove an LS1 Camaro so it wasn’t an issue, but when I was in my ex’s Rav4 or my Grand Cherokee it was like dancing with death every time I merged into fast, heavy traffic.
