This was yesterday, the Peugeot 306 (the closest car) is parked on a spot next to the street, the Dacia Duster and the Renault Master are parked on the road (it’s a 2 way road with a T intersection just on the left and a sall tightening to a 1 way road fr only a few meters just on the right of the Master because it’s the entrance of a school) :

And this is today, the Duster still terribly parked, the car on the left was passing on the street when I took the picture, forced to drive on the wrong side of the road just before the semi-blind intersection :

Nice parking job

Will the car still be here tomorrow?

Update

Adding a Google StreetView capture of the street, funny enough there was an orange Ranger which is not common at all out here !

And there was a cas in the same spot as the Master in the first photo, you can see a car turning left on the intersection in the background :

And taken from the street where the car is turning (from the left), the C6 is always parked somewhere around here :

Update again

Someone asked about the strange building behind the parked cars, it’s an elementary school (built in the 30s) that is looking quite strange indeed, took a picture from the window :

And for my trouble i can tell you that on this picture there is two different models of Dacia (a Dokker and a Lodgy), a Microcar (a car not requiring a driving license) and a Ford Focus.

I was celebrating that my neighbor finally had the non running, beat to crap 1990s Hyundai he had parked in front of my house for the past year towed away. Unfortunately, the California registered 1980s motorhome that appeared last weekend parked up the street has now taken its place, parked in front of my house for the past several days. I think someone might be living in it, step is folded down and the privacy curtains are closed.

Sorry I was distracted by the beauty of the C6 pictured. So basically an idiot has made a slalom course out of the road. That’s nothing unusual. On my street, there are some particularly bad offenders despite it being  wide enough for three cars to fit side by side. Most people have driveways too so if they decide to use them there shouldn’t be more than like 3 cars street parked yet they have often managed to make a two lane three car wide street entirely impassable.

The main problem is that if you are arriving from the C6 and turning right on my street you might have a car driving heads-on (that you would see at the last moment because of the wall and the “vegatation”) because they have a car parked on their driveway which is quite dangerous and annoying (and it’s a city street, not a suburban area which makes it even more annoying/problematic), often forcing one of the car to back-up on an intersection without much visibility or for quite a long distance (like when there is a car like the Master behind the other car and sometimes some others on the other side of the school entrance) with sometimes other cars already behind.

I can definitely see how that is a problem. I know how hard it can be to back out from behind a big truck/van /SUV/chonkmobile onto a public street. Usually I only have to do this in a place where I can time the light changes and there are two lanes with a lot of pedestrians around so people go slower.

Left window across the street. Are those bars or just different pane frames? And guardrails on the roof. Patio? And way upper left. Fancy apartments. Oh yea, and cars.

It’s only an old window with metal frame and small glass panes while the others have been replaced with modern ones, i don’t think it’s a class in here .

There is nothing on the roof but gravel, the building is not the most... well... modern design but it’s interesting.

Will be adding a photo in the post in the next minutes about it.

Thank you. I was kinda wondering if that window was the holding cell... And the guardrail is for if the kiddos escape onto the roof. Door in the wall so it was probably used as a patio in it’s history. Cool ‘30s utilitarian architecture .

That looks like a Trafic, not a Master! Funny enough it was causing traffic...
