Apparently that’s what pulls you through Fantastic Caverns in Missouri.

I haven’t taken the cave guided tour since I was a kid but we definitely have some beautiful caves here.

The state is attempting to slow the spread of white nose syndrome and has closed almost all public caves meaning the really pretty ones that don’t see much traffic are closed.

It’s for the best, but still stinks as someone who loved to spelunk  as a kid and young adult.

“ The tour is about a mile in length...”

Wait, they need Jeeps for folks to make it in and out safely for....a mile? What sorta lazy people are going through these caves?

Sweet bastard- gas Y Js though.

Probably more of a liability thing so people don’t get lost or hurt... though I’m sure there are some that couldn’t walk a mile mixed in there.

Less of a need and more of a novelty I would think. There are plenty of cave walks and tours but many cave jeep tours are there?
