Thanks! I’m quite proud of that! The other side is gold so it’s perfect for heat shielding.

Love the foil and CF decals.
Where do you get your Tamiya supplies? I haven’t built these things in more than a decade, so I used to have to buy that stuff in Asia.

Your second photo reminded me of Dietrich’s Wild Ride .

I would love to get back to building models, but I have no space to work in where I can leave things sitting out.

D:
People should be required to attend a 3-day car control clinic before they’re allowed to buy these kinds of cars.

Amazon, Megahobby.com and Andy’s Hobby Headquarters (found him on YouTube). Andy’s HHQ seems like a traditional local hobby shop that discovered how to sell online, so I try to use them as much as possible.
I’m getting back into modelling since I was a middle schooler in the 90's and the internet makes everything SO much easier. An adult attention span also makes a huge difference.

I moved into an apartment with my girlfriend in December and I set up this desk in an offshoot of our living room as an at-home workspace. My girlfriend does a lot of work that’s regulated by HIPAA so when she works at home she has to stay in her room, which means the desk is all mine. I also turned my bathroom into an airbrush studio:

And yes, my girlfriend and I sleep in sepa rate rooms. It’s awesome.

After 30 years of marriage, I think my wife would be fine with separate beds. She likes to sleep on the sofa as it is.

Yeah. I have a Tamiya Toyota bB and a Fujimi Toyota Estima that I need to finish. Haven’t touched them since 2007 LOL

Seriously. Although I think some mfrs include high performance driving school to customers buying their cars new?

I need more practice with these. My first few Skylines came out rough since Im not super comfortable with super glue. Sadly my dealer had packed up shop a while back...

Tamiya Extra Thin Cement is the trick. Hold the parts together, then paint it on the gap. It flows into the tiny cracks and bonds them within seconds. It only works with plast ic parts though.
