I tried the Maccers ghost Pepper chicken sandwich this weekend, it was pretty good but most de
finitely not ghost Pepper levels of hot. Wasn’t neat jalapeno heat so I’d say no more than a thousand or two Scoville, I’ll have to try it slathered
on a wrap in place of mayo
to
really see if it kicks in quantity.

I’m not sure what Maccers is these were disappointing in the heat department as well. Slight nose run but I feel 3 flames at wing stop has more than this.

those look really good. I like wings but I hate eating them. Its a lot of work for not a lot of return. I’m more of a breast guy.

Reminds me of Mighty Wings from McDs (I’m a sucker for them, loved getting them back in Hong Kong which is a permanent item there) , but for crying out loud they are charging more than a bar does .

Do bars there subsidize the price of salty foods by hoping people buy more drinks?
I think that’s what they do around here. Offer cheap wings, but hope that people buy overpriced beverages.

Well, on wings nights they do sometimes require you to at east buy one drink to get the special , other than that not really, I find. If they are overly salty I wouldn’t go back in the first place and dismiss it as disgusting , heh.

They actually were! They were just crispy enough for a satisfying crun ch but not to damage the roof of your mouth for 3 weeks. Although rather small they were not dried out by the flash fry like I would have expected. Like I said if they would have just called them spicy wings I wouldn’t have been disappointed , but then again I may not have given them a second look. The Ghost Pepper marketing got me.
