Peugeot 508 was what I thought but I think the rear light bar on those is too angular. Huh. Doesn't quite feel right for a BMW 3 or 5 series but that paint is just so familiar. I can't remember where I've seen that color before.

I was gonna say “I have a 2-series, that’s not a 2-series rear end!” But I was only thinking of the 2-series coupe, not the “2-series coupe
” (you have to do the fingers when you say the second one.
)

Dang it I really am feeling Peugeot here but even the 308 doesn’t quite fit.
I presume it is not a car that is sold in North America because that wouldn’t be as fun. Can you please reveal if it is of European make?
I really am feeling that continental feel but all the ones I’ve checked haven’t quite fit.

Avalon?

You are not in the US so we will not get it unless we google check every new sedan offered over there , it looks like a normal new Camry kind of car.

You are right, it’s European, brown, manual and diesel but not a wagon.

I know you said it’s European. More specifically, is it German?

Nein !

The fact that it is a very brown sedan with a Hoffmeister kink certainly narrows the list but I’m having no end of trouble figuring this one out. So either a current or previous generation European sedan that was more than likely not sold in North America. Dang, I can’t even think of many cars that fit that description to begin with.
So I’ve gone through the lineup of Ford, Peugeot, SEAT, I know Citroen doesn’t sell a sedan, Skoda, Vauxhall, they’re all so close!

Is that the new mid-engined Corvette?

Indeed, it ’s a friend’s work car.

YEEEEEEES! I am quite proud of myself for getting that one. Took long enough. I didn’t know Renault still made a sedan actually but I like how swoopy it is. That’s a good looking car! The metallic brown is also interesting and seems to suit it well.
Not sold on the front end though.
Interior looks nice and cushy though.

Better : I t’s a brown, manual and diesel Renault Talisman !

Shouldn’t that be 2-series “coupe” (presuming it’s actually, truly, a 2-series)?
