Enhance!
Lots of tire meat for those sunny southern california roads with all of the dry pavement that we have... I liked this tire a lot though, they served me well through my first winter adventures to Utah, Wyoming, Montana, and a few snowy trips to Mammoth at home in CA. And then handled the better part of two years of driving after that. After 3 0,000 miles or so though, they have become quite sketchy. These do actually have a 50,000 mile treadwear warranty but my struts and alignment are way too screwed to claim that. Either way, new tires will go on after the coilovers and alignment are complete.
Yes, I said coilovers. Now both my cars will be on coilovers. Hope I dont regret this...
Soon featuring a little bit more low!
But hopefully less low than the other car.

I’ve been thinking about getting tires for my vehicle purchase, may have to look into these.

I love Nokian tires. The Zline AS I just put in my V60 are great. While not great in the snow (they are serviceable, I had them in my C30 too) , they are great in the wet and the dry and that is really all we get around here anyway. I have heard nothing but good things about the WRG4, hope they serve you well.

Those look meaty, and the same size as my sportwagen. I was looking for some better all around tires and will look at these.

They are ALL WEATHER which I had my doubts about. But I think they definitely live up to the name and they are fairly priced as well. These perform like those high performance winter tires but they don’t melt in the heat. So they are only marginally better than a good all season in the snow. But hey, I had some oh shit braking moments in Montana where they don’t plow the roads apparently and these saved my bacon for sure. I wish I could have a set of summer tires too just for performance but these aren’t any worse than a decent all season which is nice.

Yupp. I wanted to find a strut/spring combo but I just couldn't find a Strut that would work and was easy enough to order. Seems to be the unpopular route for sure. I'll be picking up the coils next weekend and then installing them. At least this means I don't have to bother with spring compressors.

This is round 2 with these so I've already proven the track record!

And at about $130 a tire it's a decent price

The tread pattern and sipping makes them look like more of a snow tire than an all-season tire but I would imagine the rubber isn’t Blizzak soft. I tell ya, >50 degrees and the Blizzaks feel like driving on marshmallows.

Where’d you find them at that price? I was seeing $150-160

Oh I know the feeling. I had Gt Arctics on my miata and drove them on many warm dry days in February in NJ. Our resident lunatic AiM had them on his miata year round in the PNW as well, but masochist I tell ya! But yeah straight up marshmallows there!!
These Nokians definitely complain when Canyon carving, especially now when worn down to nothing. But it's predictable and normal all season feely.

These are great! The SUV version is all we buy for our Volvo; it's on its third set so far

Tires-easy. You just create an account and then you get member only pricing. I don’t understand how that works, I guess they just make money on sending me junk mail or something? Idk it was free and cut the price by like $40 per tire. I ordered from them last time as well because the tires were more everywhere else. I received tires with a 18 20 date code so that's pretty damn good.

Heh, I was going to put it more delicately last night but opted out.
I’m a proper Canadian in that I have a dedicated winter tire set but if I absolutely had to run 1 tire year round here on the BC coast, it would likely be these. G reat year rounders with a colder climate and weeks of rain from Oct-May and the snow is only on the ground for 2 weeks.
Cali use struck me a bit odd, especially SoCal . It would also explain the fast wear rate.

WWD drives to snow a lot. He’s going to Mammoth and other areas so it makes sense. I use dedicated snow tires and real high performance summer tires where I live but we have snow and ice covered road about 5 months out of the year.
